Kristine Holm

Kristine Holm is a Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, and AI attorney. Kristine advises clients on compliance with U.S. state privacy and AI laws including CCPA/CPRA and the CO AI Act, COPPA and children’s online safety laws, the FTC Act, GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, VPPA, and TCPA, among others. Kristine also provides counsel for technology and data-related commercial agreements, including AdTech, AI, data licensing, and SaaS agreements in addition to data processing agreements and service provider addenda.

Kristine brings more than a decade of in-house experience in senior roles across the AdTech, media, and entertainment industries, including in gaming, film, television, digital publishing, and music. She has extensive experience building global privacy compliance frameworks from the ground up and advising product and engineering teams on AI and privacy compliance for consumer-facing websites and mobile applications, including related platform requirements. She employs a practical, solutions-oriented approach that helps clients navigate complex regulatory challenges while supporting innovation and commercial goals.

Before entering the legal profession, Kristine worked in media, web development, and design, developing substantial technical fluency and firsthand experience with emerging technologies. As an attorney knowledgeable in technology, she brings that practical foundation to her legal practice, offering clients advice grounded in a clear understanding of how technology is built, deployed, and used.
